Our Services

Principal was founded in 2004 by Retired Air Force Lt. Colonel Henry DiFranco, PE, MBA. Mr. DiFranco and his team have grown Principal into a go-to and trusted firm for the infrastructure needs of communities. We serve our clients in Louisiana and the Gulf Coast from our Covington, LA office. We provide architecture, engineering, land surveying, and construction management (CE&I) services from planning to design through construction.
Our affiliated entities offer architecture and surveying, bringing the right expertise together for each project.
